This tour and hike has been combined with famous Sacred Valley and the 2 Day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu (Machu Picchu Montaña is optional) and for travelers who live at sea level and do not want to be affected by the altitude sickness which is Cusco city above 3,350 m.a.s.l /11,500ft but our company provide to our travelers a big bottle of oxygen and personal medical kit to avoid the altitude sickness if is necessary. A day prior of your hike or upon your arrival to Cusco airport, you will be picked up by our tour guide to enjoy with this lovely tour to the Sacred valley where you will explore the traditional market of Qorao , the small zoo of Cochahuasi where you can observe the flight of the CONDORS, Andean pumas, fox, deers, parrots, macaws and variety of animals and birds and then, you will visit Awana Kancha or (Alpaca farm) which is a weaving center with the goal to keep alive the traditional textile arts , Pisac market and ruins , Urubamba for buffet lunch , tour tot Maras Moray and salt mines and Ollantaytambo which is the last destination of the Sacred valley and spend the night here at the Hotel Tunupa lodge / El Albergue Hotel or Pakaritampu – Ollantaytamnbo. The next following days, you will hike the 2 Day Inca Trail where you will caught the train from Ollantaytamnbo till Km 104 and you will get off the train by the river at an altitude of 2000m and hike up to about 2000m, you will explore Wiñay Wayna which is very impressive and then you will hike on an undulating trail, some parts of which is narrow sheer drops so caution is required. You will also visit the Sun Gate or Inti Punku (2,000m) from where you will have a real view of Machu Picchu and the you will walked down to the bus terminal and then, bus to Aguas calientes ( 2,400m ) where you will stay at one of the comfortable hotel. The next day, you will explore Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu and then back to Cusco by train.

At 8:00am, you will be picked up from your hotel by our English speaking guide to start with the lovely tour to the Sacred valley or if you arrive to the airport around 9 am, our guide will be waiting for you holding an small board, written your names and then, you will be transferred to our office to get further information about the trip and pay the remainder balance while you will be informed, our staff will served you COCA tea to avoid the high altitude sickness. At the appropriate time, you will start with this lovely tour to the Sacred Valley (a great option to acclimatize) the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, where you’ll board our private coach for a drive to the Sacred Valley. This mountainous region of Peru offers mystical awe-inspiring sights to discover. The tour includes the Alpaca farm at Awanancha which is a weaving center with the goal to keep alive the traditional textile arts. Here you can see four members of the camelids family – llama, alpacas, vicunas and guanacos. Alpaca have thick wool and is the most commonly used while the vicunas are small and delicate with fur considered the finest. You can meet these fours camelids, learn about the harvesting of the different wools and the natural dying techniques and have change to see native weavers from different areas showing their weaving style and dress afterwards, we continue with visit to the Andean native markets and ruins of Pisac .This mountainous region of Peru offers mystical awe-inspiring sights to discover… along with farms and villages that welcome you with a taste of daily life. Enjoy a tasty BUFFET lunch for at the restaurant (variety of dishes and vegetarian optional) after the lunch, the tour continues with the visits to Inca site of Moray. This is a fascinating, unique ruin; a fabulous amphitheater of terracing that was used as an agricultural experimental site by the Incas by taking advantage of the microclimates produced by the varying altitude to breed new varieties of their crops. We shall also visit the Village of Maras, and The salt pans which have made it famous. The tour continues towards Ollantaytambo, an archaeological site that the Incas built as a fort and includes a temple, agricultural terraces, and an urban area. There are two distinct sectors: Araqama Ayllu, the religious and worship zone, and Qosqo Ayllu, the residential area. Ollantaytambo was an important administrative center with probable military functions due to the walls and towers. There are also traces of ancient roads and aqueducts. The town of Ollantaytambo is called a Living-Inca-Town, since the inhabitants maintain very old practices and customs. Afternoon, you will be drop off at the hotel , and after check in, free time to explore this beautiful town on your own.
After your breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from your Hotel in Ollantaytambo for a train journey of just over one hour till kilometer 104 (starting point of our trek). As soon as we arrive to this point, we will cross a bridge to the check point and show your passports then we will start a soft walk into the other side of the Vilcanota River the trail heads off to the right towards the ruins of Chachabamba. After a visit this impressive Inca ruins with buildings on stone, we`ll continue the trail road most of it on stone steps, heads south and begin climbing the mountain, great views around of the high jungle area and mountains, before entering the cloud forest. Then the trail leaves the forest and goes west while continuing the uphill hike in open grassland. After hiking in the sun for about three hours, the trail descends into a shaded forest. This is where trekkers can enjoy a beautiful waterfall. After leaving the waterfall and forest, trekkers will arrive at the lower part of the incredible ruins of Wiñay Huayna, steps to climb to reach the superior edifications described as temples. We will have plenty of time for a guided exploration sorted by our experienced guide and time to explore and pictures in our own. By the time we arrive to this complex, it will not be crowded, because most trekkers headed to the Sun gate and Machu Picchu. It is recommended that you start the trek with at least 2 liters of water. After lunch in Wiñay Huayna ruins, we continue through a cloud forest full of bromeliads, orchids and fern trees. You will walk the last part of the original trail with amazing features stone steps and tambos, resting places, and climb the 60 steps before arriving to the Inti Punku or “Sun`s Gate”. From this point, you will be able to contemplate and observe this marvelous place, last 45 minutes to be on front of this wonder, where you can feel an inner peace. Spend a short time for pictures and views then we prepare our mind for the next early morning, time to take a bus for 30 minutes to Aguas Calientes town. Please take Note: Consider that the Train Companies covering the service to Machu Picchu don´t allows passengers to travel with voluminous baggage, allowing only a small piece of hand-luggage that should travel with the passenger. This is why we suggest travelling with a small backpack or bag, where you can pack only what is strictly necessary for your stay in Machu Picchu. We will take care of taking your heavy luggage to your hotel in Cusco
This day, is one of the most interesting and glorious day during your whole trip, you will be picked up from your Hotel very early where our guide will meet you at your hotel at 5:00am to aboard the first touristic and shared bus to drop off you at the main door where you have to show your original PASSPORTS at the check point , and then try to be the first visitors inside of the wonder of the world Machu Picchu and the archaeological sites you will have complete guided tour during 2 to 3 hours of this spectacular mystical place. The GUIDED tour includes walk through the different sections such as The Urban sector, the agriculture sector, and the Inca Culture used the religions zone. After the guided tour in Machu Picchu, you will have free time to explore by yourself, walk at your own space, many selfies and to meet other tourists into the sanctuary. At the time of your entrance to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, your guide will direct you to the entrance to either of the two so that you can continue with your walk, which will take between 2 to 3 hours to go up and down. Any of these walks will be done on your own and must be booked months in advance and pay an additional USD 95 at the time of booking. Afternoon, bus down to Aguas calientes for lunch, walking around, thermal baths, visit some museums, and botanic gardens. Afternoon you will catch the train ride back to Cusco, and upon your arrival pick up and drop off at your hotel (You should tell us your hotel name)
