This 12 Days of trip is basically for travelers who are looking to explore the most and amazing highlights in Peru, during the whole trip you might be able to visit many Incas sites with fantastic views and snowcapped mountains around each area.

Puno is a city in southeastern Peru, located on the Shore of Lake Titicaca. It is the capital city of the Puno Region and the Puno Province with a population of approximately 149,064 (2014 estimate) you will also explore Uros floating Island and Taquile. In Cusco, you will be guided along the Sacred valley, City tour , Maras Moray & Salt Mines and Guided into the sanctuary of Machu Picchu and finally , explore the city of Lima.
Important note: Due to the high demand and limit of entrances to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Montaña even to MACHU PICCHU, we strongly recommend you book in advance before sold out… There are only 400 entrances per day, this climbing depends much of weather conditions especially from January to March is not recommendable for rainy season (Cost for entrance to Huayna Picchu & Machu Picchu Montaña US$ 15 each)
After your buffet breakfast in your hotel, you will be picked up by your English speaking guide. You will visit first colorful Village of Chinchero, where we will find the ruins of the Tupac Inca Yupanqui Royal House, we will appreciate its well preserve Inca wall in the main square and you will visit the beauty Colonial Temple with invaluable portraits, built over Inca Bases and then you will continue with the tour to the Inca site of Moray. This is a fascinating, unique ruin; a fabulous amphitheater of terracing that was used as an agricultural experimental site by the Incas by taking advantage of the microclimates produced by the varying altitude to breed new varieties of their crops. We shall also visit the Village of Maras, and The salt pans which have made it famous. The salt pans are an unforgettable site-people from Maras have diverted a salt-laden spring coming out of the hillside, evaporating the water to collect salt, as their ancestors have done for centuries. We will walk among the salt pans; witnessing a scene largely unchanged from Inca times.
Around 2 pm, return to Cuzco to continue with the famous CITY TOUR in Cusco involves the visits, first
Tambomachay (Temple of the Water) a center of adoration and worship of water.
Puca Pucara (Reddish place) that was used as a military control center.
Q`enqo (Labyrinth) A religious center dedicated to the adoration.
Saqsayhuamán (Majestic place with impressive works in stone which some up to 120 tons)
Main Cathedral (Marvel of the religious) The Koricancha (Temple of the sun) afternoon, you will be drop off to your Hotel in Cusco.

This day, is one of the most important and interesting days during your whole trip, you will be picked up from your Hotel very early (BEFORE the BIRDS SING) our guide will meet you at your hotel between 4:30 to 5:00am to aboard the first touristic and shared bus to drop off you at the main door where you have to show your original PASSPORTS and ISIC Cards ( if applicable ) at the check point , and then try to be the first visitors inside of the wonder of the world Machu Picchu and the archaeological sites you will have complete guided tour during 2 to 3 hours of this spectacular mystical place.
The GUIDED tour basically includes walk through the different sections such as: The Urban sector, the agriculture sector, and the religions zone was used by the Inca Culture. After the guided tour in Machu Picchu, you will have free time to explore by yourself, walk at your own space, a lot of selfies and to meet other tourists into the sanctuary. According with the time and to your physical conditions, you can coordinate with the tour guide to climb to HUAYNA PICCHU or Machu Picchu Mountain from where you can have the best panoramic view for photos of all Machu Picchu and of deep green canyon surrounding the sacred Inca Citadel. Do not forget that this entrances, must be booked in advance and pay US$ 25 extra. Afternoon and depending on your train schedule back to Cusco, you will have to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes to catch the train back to Cusco. After the guided tour, our guide will give you all the instructions for your bus down and train back to Cusco. Upon your arrival to Poroy station, you will be meeting again by our staff and then transfer back to your Hotel.

After your delicious breakfast, pick up from your Hotel to start with this lovely Sacred Valley (great option to acclimatize) the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, where you’ll board our private coach for a drive to the Sacred Valley. This mountainous region of Peru offers mystical awe-inspiring sights to discover.
The tour includes the visits the small zoo of Cochahuasi where you can observe the flight of the CONDOR`S, Andean pumas, fox, deer’s, parrots, macaws and variety of animals and birds and then you will visit Awana Kancha or (Alpaca farm) which is a weaving center with the goal to keep alive the traditional textile arts. Here you can see four members of the camelids family – llama, alpacas, vicunas and guanacos. Alpaca have thick wool and is the most commonly used while the vicunas are small and delicate with fur considered the finest. You can meet these fours camelids, learn about the harvesting of the different wools and the natural dying techniques and have change to see native weavers from different areas showing their weaving style and dress afterwards, we continue with visit to the Andean native markets and ruins of Pisac.

Enjoy a tasty BUFFET lunch for at the restaurant (variety of dishes and vegetarian optional) after the lunch, the tour continues towards Ollantaytambo, an archaeological site that the Incas built as a fort and includes a temple, agricultural terraces, and an urban area. There are two distinct sectors: Araqama Ayllu, the religious and worship zone, and Qosqo Ayllu, the residential area. Ollantaytambo was an important administrative center with probable military functions due to the walls and towers. There are also traces of ancient roads and aqueducts. The town of Ollantaytambo is called a Living-Inca-Town, since the inhabitants maintain very old practices and customs.
Between 4 to 5pm, you will aboard the train straight to Aguas Calientes where you will spend the night there , you will have fantastic journey through the sacred valley of the Incas and the remote canyon of Vilcanota to Aguas Calientes village. The train ride consist is an spectacular views along the way in this wonderful land of the Incas, amazing landscapes of mountains and valleys, Inca farming terraces, in both sides of the valley, snowcapped mountains, and sub-tropical jungle near the Ceja de Selva. From Pachar the sacred Vilcanota River. Aguas Calientes town is set in 2,040 mts and is the closest access point to Machu Picchu. After 1H/45 Minutes of journey along the cloud forest and once you arrive there, you will be picked up by our English speaking guide or our representative and then, you will be immediately transferred to Hotel for check in for the night there.
After your delicious buffet breakfast, pick up by our specialist staff and then you will be dropped off at the bus terminal to start this unforgettable experience. There are several ways to make this journey including a bus ride (10 Hours) that includes tourist stops at Pucara, La Raya, Sicuani for buffet lunch Pikillacta, Raqchi, Tipón, Andahuaylillas – Cusco with spectacular views.
After enjoyed your breakfast at your Hotel in Puno, we will pass to pick you up from your Hotel between 7: 15 to 7:30am and then you will be carried to the port where you will board the motor boat to travel to one of the Floating Island of Uros Island where you will observe the lives of the people who live on the floating reeds island some only 20 meters in length. After hours of spent in the Island and upon your arrival to Taquile Island, you will continue exploring and enjoying a pristine sandy beach there you will have plenty of time to relax and feel the serenity of Titicaca.
Then hike through a pre-Inca terraces where you will be guided around the pre-Inca terraces and visit these nice people with their typical dresses and famous for their intricate and fascinating weavings. We will also visit some local families of weaving at their home and you will learn about their textile art and symbolism that has been declared by UNESCO as WORLD HERITAGE. After your delicious local lunch, return to Puno and dropped off at your Hotel around 4:30pm (Dinner on your own)
An early start to visit the Colca canyon, the second deepest canyon in the world (the deepest canyon lies only a few kilometers from here). We shall witness the incredible pre-Inca terracing all along the valley before arriving to the Cruz del condor in order to see the huge condor; the world’s largest flying bird. We shall also visit some small towns in the area, witnessing life as it must have looked several hundred years ago before the trip to Puno. Around 1pm, enjoy a tasty and traditional buffet lunch and afternoon, transport straight to Puno, upon your arrival to the city , you will be drop off at one this following hotels (Dinner on your own)
After breakfast, we depart Arequipa and drive through some wonderful scenery past the Salinas and Aguada Blanca. This natural habitat has been protected since 1971 as many endangered species of flora and fauna inhabit the area; such as guanacos, vicuñas and over 70 species of bird. We continue the journey towards the Colca canyon, witnessing groups of wild alpacas and vicuñas before first ascending and then descending into Chivay, the main town of the Colca canyon. Stop for lunch before arriving to your Hotel. Set in the very foot of the valley. Enjoy the evening on your own.
At the appropriate time, you will aboard to the plane straight to Arequipa Flight details: to be confirmed). Upon your arrival to the White City (our representative will be waiting for you, holding an small board written your names and then, you will be transferred to Hotel for check in and then pick up for the PRIVATE CITY TOUR: 03 Hours.
Arequipa is a beautiful city, specially chosen by its natural beauty and its cozy climate, our visit to the city will be the more attractive excellent ones of the city, where we will visit the Seat of Arms one of the beautiful Seats but of Peru, the Church of the Company, the Temple and Small square of San Francisco, the wonderful Monastery of Santa Catherine, attractive but the excellent one that has this beautiful city, then we went to the Viewpoint of the Colonial District of Yanahuara, which is located to the outskirts, with a very beautiful landscape of the City and 3 volcanoes as they are: The Misty, Pichupicchu and Chachani. Upon your arrival to the airport (Arrival details: To be confirmed) you will only need to walk 5 minutes to find your Hotel Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima for evening accommodation , show them your original passports and ask your booking made in your names through South Adventure Peru Tours.
Afternoon or morning depending of your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Lima. Upon your arrival to the Capital city of Lima (Flight details: to be confirmed) our representative will be waiting for you, holding an small board written your names and then, you will be transferred to Hotel for check in at one of this following hotels in Miraflores district. Afternoon, free time for leisure.
At 9:00 or 12pm , pick up to start with the PRIVATE LIMA CITY TOUR – Colonial & Modern: Visit The Government Palace, the Municipality palace, the Cathedral of Lima, and main colonial buildings around the Plaza Mayor, the 17th century Monastery of San Francisco the most magnificent colonial and monumental center of the America’s, you will find a Basilica with 21 altars, the convent with the cloister, the Clementine and Capitulars room, the choir, the monks library and the Prefunds Museum that exhibits 11 paintings of Rubens. The sacristy exhibits paints of Zurbaran and Rivera. The Gran Patio is garnished with Seville’s tiles from the XVI century and Moorish arcs. It also includes a visit to the underground tombs (catacombs). Then a short tour of the modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores visiting places like The Love Park or The Indian Market (souvenirs & handicrafts). Finally we will visit a shopping center named Larco Mar, which was built on a spectacular cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. .. We will also visit an exclusive restaurant “La Rosa Nautica”, where you will have the opportunity to prepare your own “Pisco Sour” and the famous “Ceviche”. Enjoy a delicious lunch, consisting of the most symbolic dishes of Peruvian cuisine.
