Day 1: Arrival to Lima & Spend the night at the comfortable hotel located at the airport

Upon your arrival to the airport (Arrival details: To be confirmed); you will only need to walk 5 minutes to find your Hotel.

Day 2: Lima - Puerto Maldonado -. Rainforest Adventure tour road trip to Tambopata 4D/3N (B-L&D)

At the appropiate time, you will catch your flight straight to Puerto Maldonado. Upon your arrival to the airport, our guide or staff will be waiting for your holding a small board written your names where you will be welcomed with a delicious tropical juice. After a brief explanation of the tour and accommodating the equipment, we will depart for the Trans-Oceanic highway, where we will take a dirt road to the Tambopata River. The road runs initially through plantations of local species and cattle ranches...Box Lunch on the road. As we get away from the highway and into the deep jungle, human presence gradually reduces until we reach the Tambopata River. There our boat will be waiting to transfer us to WASAI TAMBOPATA LODGE. After a pleasant journey of 20 minutes we will arrive to the Lodge. Reception and accommodation on the Lodge...After a short rest, we will make a nocturnal walk into the jungle to observe and listen to insects, bats, and frogs and perhaps have other encounters with another nocturnal mammal. Dinner and overnight in the Lodge. The various sounds of the rainforest will accompany us through our first night in the Amazon. Overnight at Wasai lodge.

Day 3: Macaw`s Clay lick (B-L&D)

Early wake up around 4:30 am to take a light breakfast (coffee or mate), to begin with our 90-minutes journey upstream to the Macaw Clay Lick “El Chuncho” in the Bahuaja-Sonene National Park. We will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural sceneries and wildlife of the riverbanks. At our arrival, if weather permits, we will observe one of the greatest wildlife spectacles where hundreds of parrots and different species of macaws gather in the clay lick to eat it, an unforgettable experience. Then, we will walk through the river beach searching for animal footprints while we have refreshment. In the middle morning we return to the lodge to have breakfast and then take a rest to relax or do the adventure activities or enjoy the facilities and the surroundings of Wasai. Also, you will have the chance of swimming in the Tambopata River. Those who want can do kayaking on the river or you can join us to fish in the river where inhabit more than 250 species of fish. On route if the level of river are adequate, we will visit the Cat cascades...Return to the lodge .Lunch will be served between 1:30 to 2pm. After lunch, we will have a new ethno botanical walk into the rainforest by the Tambopata cross path, to learn about plants and medicinal trees of the area; and to observe the amazing jungle ecosystem where we will see walking palm trees, giant lupuna trees, snake trees and so on. At nightfall, free time to enjoy the night. Overnight at Wasai Tambopata lodge

Day 4: Amazon Adventure (B-L&D)

Awakening at the lodge is one of the most impressive spectacles of sound and color in the Amazon. Visitors may rest, take a coffee or walk through the surroundings of the lodge by themselves or with the assistance of a guide until breakfast and see many different types of birds, butterflies, mammals and tropical flowers, typical of the amazon rainforest.  Breakfast will take place between 7 to 9 am, then we will start a short boat trip for about 30 minutes upstream the Tambopata River to enjoy the view and get to the starting point of our Kayak adventure in the sector known as The Gold Island. After a brief training on kayaking, you will make your way back to the lodge downstream with the guide paddling next to you. There will be also a motorized boat for any assistance...The ride downstream on kayak is calm and with some small class 1 rapid, which make it fun. It is possible to see birds in the river banks. The ride ends on the Gato River, where depending on the river level you have two different possibilities. When it is low a beautiful cascade where you can swim is formed. If the level of the river is high it is possible to paddle through the river in kayak against the stream. It is also possible to swim in the surroundings of the cascade. Return to the lodge at midday to have lunch and a rest. ..In the afternoon we will make a short ethno botanical walk of 1 km until the swamp area where the rainforest adventure complex is located. There you will be able to enjoy different adventure activities between the trees: Suspended bridges, Zip Lines of over 100 m, rope bridge, floating ropes, tri lines, etc.  Night walks Relax in the lodge and dinner.

Day 5: Puerto Maldonado - Cusco & Private City tour (Tambomachay / Pucapucara / Qenqo / Saqsayhuamán / Cathedral & Qoricancha (B)

Breakfast .You will wake up with the beautiful sunrise of the jungle to leave the lodge.  Road trip to Puerto Maldonado, transfer to the airport.  During the way back you will still have the opportunity to see wild animals and enjoy the fresh morning of the Peruvian Rainforest. Depending on your departure flight you can enjoy our hotel facilities in Puerto Maldonado as the swimming pool or the beautiful surroundings. Upon your arrival to Cusco (Flight details: to be confirmed) our guide and representative will be waiting for you, holding an small board written your names and then, you will be transferred to our office to get further information about the trip and pay the remainder balance while you will be informed, our staff will served you COCA tea to avoid the altitude sickness.

Day 6: Private tour to the Sacred Valley  - Zoo of Cochahuasi - Alpaca Farm - Pisac market & Ruins - Urubamba - Tour to the terraces of Maras Moray & Salt Mines - Ollantaytambo - Pisac  & spend the night here ( B - Buffet lunch )

After your delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by your English speaking guide to start with this lovely  Sacred Valley (great option to acclimatize) the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, where you'll board our private coach for a drive to the Sacred Valley. This mountainous region of Peru offers mystical awe-inspiring sights to discover...The tour includes the visits the small zoo of Cochahuasi where you can observe the flight of the CONDOR`S, Andean pumas, fox, deer’s, parrots, macaws and variety of animals and birds and then you will visit Awana Kancha or (Alpaca farm) which is a weaving center with the goal to keep alive the traditional textile arts. Here you can see four members of the camelids family - llama, alpacas, vicunas and guanacos. Alpaca have thick wool and is the most commonly used while the vicunas are small and delicate with fur considered the finest. You can meet these fours camelids, learn about the harvesting of the different wools and the natural dying techniques and have change to see native weavers from different areas showing their weaving style and dress afterwards, we continue with visit to the Andean native markets and ruins of Pisac .This mountainous region of Peru offers mystical awe-inspiring sights to discover... along with farms and villages that welcome you with a taste of daily life.

Enjoy a tasty BUFFET lunch for at the restaurant (variety of dishes and vegetarian optional) after the lunch, we will continue with the tour to the Inca site of Moray. This is a fascinating, unique ruin; a fabulous amphitheater of terracing that was used as an agricultural experimental site by the Incas by taking advantage of the microclimates produced by the varying altitude to breed new varieties of their crops. We shall also visit the Village of Maras, and The salt pans which have made it famous. The salt pans are an unforgettable site-people from Maras have diverted a salt-laden spring coming out of the hillside, evaporating the water to collect salt, as their ancestors have done for centuries. We will walk among the salt pans; witnessing a scene largely unchanged from Inca times, the tour continues to Ollantaytambo was an important administrative center with probable military functions due to the walls and towers. There are also traces of ancient roads and aqueducts. The town of Ollantaytambo is called a Living-Inca-Town, since the inhabitants maintain very old practices and customs. Afterwards, you will return to Pisac and then dropped off in one of this below hotels Hotel Royal Inka -Pisac   or  Pisac Inn.

Hotel Royal Inka Pisac, has a private club to which passengers can enter and enjoy our indoor pool , tennis courts, racquetball, soccer, volleyball, bungalows, restaurants, trout farm, basketball, and also can enjoy the therapy bath JACUZZI  and the official swimming pool. (Dinner on your own)

Day 7: Pisac - Calca - Lares Valley - Hot Springs - Huaca Wasi: Walking hours between 4 to 5 Hours / (B-L&D)

We will pass to pick you up from your hotel at 7: 00am, we will continue with our wonderful trip to the province of Calca (2940m/9646ft) where you can make the last shopping in this Andean local market and along the way, we will observe and visit many Inca cultivated terraces, small villages and then the pass the highest point of this trek known Huaca Wasi (4440m/14436ft) where we start to descend to Lares valley (3200m/10499ft) where we have time to enjoy the thermal baths ( 28 and 36 degrees Cº/82 and 97 degrees F ) and while you are swimming in the pools , our cook will be preparing the delicious buffet lunch. We also meet our porters to carry all the equipment and food during this hike till our first campsite. After enjoyed the delicious lunch, we will continued with our first day of hike towards Huaca Wasi (3600m/11811ft) where our first campsite is located. The approx. time of walking is around 4 hours of gradual uphill , at the campsite we will have a good opportunity to meet the local people ( Adults and kids ) to show us their artisan weaving exhibition and lessons about its techniques , we can also play soccer and volleyball with the young kids.

Day 8: Huaca Wasi - Ipsaycocha Pass - Patacancha Community: Walking hours: 6 to 7 hours (B -L&D)

This day of hike is probably the most beautiful one with its wonderful landscape, surrounding snowcapped mountains. After your buffet breakfast with scenic view of the Andes, we will start with this largest and hardest day of this entire Lama path and after 6 hours hike up to the Abra of Ipsay (4400m/14436ft) This climbing is pretty hard with indescribable panoramic view of snow- capped peaks of Pitusiray , Sawasiray, Chicon and surrounding by stunning landscape. On the way to our second campsite, we will have a break for our delicious buffet lunch. While the hiking, we will pass many Andean communities, they have a large knowledge of natural agriculture and ancient ways of working textile so that their colorful cloths, unique from this region. Inspired by their Andean gods. We will continue our journey downwards until our campsite next to the small village of Patacancha (3650m/11975ft) Second campsite. Set up the tents and free time to explore around on your own, visit the local families or try to cultivate some products on the ground.

Day 9: Patacancha Community - Willoq - Pumamarca - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes (B-L&D)

This day of hike also is considered one of the spectacular trekking, we will visit several communities and indigenous towns such as Willoq (3400m/11156ft) Pumamarca (3200m/10499ft) and Ollantaytambo (2850m/9350ft) From Patacancha through the landscape, crossing these village we can taste the traditions and habits passed on by our ancestors through the times of the Tahuantinsuyo Empire, the Inca - culture and traditions. Then we continue walking and arrive to Ollantaytambo that peaks from its archaeological sites a wide story of Andean history. Between 4 to 5pm, you will aboard the train straight to Aguas Calientes where you will spend the night there , you will have fantastic journey through the sacred valley of the Incas and the remote canyon of Vilcanota to Aguas Calientes village. The train ride consist is an spectacular views along the way in this wonderful land of the Incas, amazing landscapes of mountains and valleys, Inca farming terraces, in both sides of the valley, snowcapped mountains, and sub-tropical jungle near the Ceja de Selva. From Pachar the sacred Vilcanota River. Aguas Calientes town is set in 2,040 mts and is the closest access point to Machu Picchu. After 1H/45 Minutes of journey along the cloud forest and once you arrive there, you will be picked up by our English speaking guide or our representative and then, you will be immediately transferred to Hotel for check in for the night there.

Tips:

After your dinner, try to sleep early and be ready for the glorious day in Machu Picchu the next day ... No alcohol & discos for now!!!

Day 10: Private Guided tour to the WONDER of the world “Machu Picchu “& Huayna Picchu (Machu Picchu Montaña: Optional) (B & Box-Lunch)

This day, is one of the most important and interesting days during your whole trip, you will be picked up from your Hotel very early (BEFORE the BIRDS SING) our guide will meet you at your hotel between 4:30 to 5:00am to aboard the first touristic and shared bus to drop off you at the main door where you have to show your original PASSPORTS and ISIC Cards ( if applicable ) at the check point , and then try to be the first visitors inside of the wonder of the world Machu Picchu and the archaeological sites you will have complete guided tour during 2 to 3 hours of this spectacular mystical place.

The GUIDED tour basically includes walk through the different sections such as: The Urban sector, the agriculture sector, and the religions zone was used by the Inca Culture. After the guided tour in Machu Picchu, you will have free time to explore by yourself, walk at your own space, a lot of selfies and to meet other tourists into the sanctuary. According with the time and to your physical conditions, you can coordinate with the tour guide to climb to HUAYNA PICCHU or Machu Picchu Mountain from where you can have the best panoramic view for photos of all Machu Picchu and of deep green canyon surrounding the sacred Inca Citadel. Do not forget that this entrances, must be booked in advance and pay US$ 15 extra. Afternoon and depending on your train schedule back to Cusco, you will have to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes to catch the train back to Cusco. After the guided tour, our guide will give you all the instructions for your bus down and train back to Cusco. Upon your arrival to Poroy station, you will be meeting again by our staff and then transfer back to your Hotel. (Dinner on your own)

Day 11: Cusco - Lima (B)

After your buffet breakfast or afternoon, pick up and transfer to the airport.
